Welcome!
The Waratahs Rugby Club was formed on 2 March 1959 and is characterised by a strong sense of tradition and camaraderie, a desire to play competitive rugby and a desire to provide members with the opportunity to forge life-long friendships and enjoy a great social life. The Club has a strong Old Boy’s Association and supporter base as well as the support of many local businesses, including over 30 years association with Romano’s Hotel. The Club also conducts a golf day to provide support to injured player, Chris Cameron. The Club fields teams in U17s, 3rd Grade, 2nd Grade and 1st Grade teams. This year the Club boasts 2 Netball teams.

The Waratahs, once again, had a very successful year in 2013 both on and off the paddock. On the paddock our 1st and 2nd Grades and U17s played in the Grand Final with 2nds coming away with a Premiership.  Many players in the Under 17s and Seniors represented the Zone throughout the season.
